Raw foods, Superfoods, eat this, don’t eat that, organic, enzymes, phytonutrients . . it can get confusing, and the closest proxy to taste something, is to see food that you can actually eat.

When it comes to smartfoods/raw foods, think of food preparation more in term of assemblage than in terms of cooking. This is really where art meets food. Ingredients for this delicious breakfast are:
For Beginners:
- 1 cup of your favorite Muesli;
- 1 cup low fat or no fat organic milk (no BGH);
- 1 Banana;
- 1 cup blueberries.
- Any other fresh fruit or nuts you like
For Intermediate (vegan):
- 1 cup uncooked rolled oats (Make your own Muesli);
- 2 tbls walnut pieces or almonds;
- 1 cup soy milk;
- 1 banana;
- 1 cup blueberries.
- Any other fresh fruit or nuts you like.
For Advanced (vegan):
- 1 cup uncooked rolled oats (Make your own Muesli);
- 2 tbls raw organic walnut pieces or raw organic almonds;
- 2 tbls organic wheat germ;
- 1 cup organic soy milk;
- 1 organic banana;
- 1 cup blueberries.
- Any other organic fresh fruit or nuts you like.
